D: 'Amazing saute' - celebration dinner for Margaret at Loving Hut, a vegan restaraunt.
Tried a stirfry w/ soy protein and veggies. Texture was good, unfortunately way too salty and fried quite a bit :(. Tried to order healthy on the menu but that didn't work out quite as planned....ate ~1/2 of the brown rice that was on the side. It's ok, overall the portions were small....resisted the urge to get the any fried noodle dish or coconut milk curry. It was nice to go out w/ friends!
