B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, b sugar, 5 almonds
S: 5 almonds
tea
L: kale, beet, 1/4 avocado, cucumber, kabocha
S: 1/2 cantaloupe
D: eggs/tomato, vietnamese bokchoy (very bitter), 1/2 chicken quarter (I had actually cooked for Mark and worked my exercise into a time so he could come, but he couldn't make it last minute. hence the variety!)
Dess: 4 kumquats

Exercise: 40 min Zumba (at home videos w/ Margaret)
