B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 5 almonds, almond milk
S: green tea
5 almonds
L: kale, beet, kabocha, 1/4 avocado, cucumber
S: black coffee
1 small fuji apple
1 small green apple (oops.)
D: 1 reg vegetable tofu pho with peanut sauce (after discovering how many cal were in hoisin plum sauce, I tried to limit my previously generous dollops. did enjoy this peanut sauce that came with M's spring rolls though; probably the same calorie-wise but hopefully fewer sugars)

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
