B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 10 almonds
S: 1 small apple
L: kale, kabocha, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cucumber, beet
D: steamed swai filet (thanks Mom), carrot/tofu/shirataki stirfry
Dess: lots of papaya, 5 nuts
Exercise: none - in OR all day!
