S: 1 apple (mom, they’re so tiny! I’m used to eating a much larger one. this one i can pretty much inhale in 5 bites!)

D: eggplant/tomato/carrot/tofu stirfry w/ gochujang sauce, steamed salmon
Dess: a hefty slice of banana bread, 2 vegan biscuits :/
Exercise: 2.3 mi jog (2 loops around park)
