B: 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, b sugar, 10 almonds
L: kale, beet, kabocha, pepper, cucumber salad
S: 1 small apple
1/4 honeydew
1 vegan biscuit (size of finger)
D: 1/2 chicken quarter, broccoli/mushroom/onion/bamboo shoot (mmm!) stirfry
Exercise: 60 min Zumba
