B: 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, b sugar, 10 almonds
L: kale, beet, kabocha, avocado, sweet potato, cucumber salad
S: 1 small apple
D: steamed salmon, broccoli/onion/beet/shirataki stirfry
Dess: 1 mango

Exercise: 1.5 mi night walk
