B: 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, b sugar, almond milk, 10 almonds
L: spinach, beet, avocado, kabocha, cucumber salad
S: 1 small apple
LOTs of munchies - pita chip crackers, 15 peanuts, bites of wheat 85C nut bread
D: fried tofu/vegetable pho (+ bites of everyone else’s food), 1/2 fresh spring roll - delicious!

Exercise: frolicking all over Sea World w/ Z + H0-H2 :)
