B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, almond milk, 10 almonds
L: spinach, beet, kabocha, pepper, cucumber salad
S: 1 green apple
1 baby watermelon
handful of grapes
5 nuts
D: broccoli/onion/tofu/carrot stirfry
I tried steaming 1/2 white sea bass (not filet, with bone in) - eh it turned out okay, kind of strong fishy smell.

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
