B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, blueberries, 10 almonds
L: 2 cups cheesy chez mix/pretzels/corn nuts, 2 small green apples, 1 banana, 1 bag baby carrots, tea
D: chicken sinatra @ steakhouse - 2 chicken breasts atop some stew of veggies (I could tell there were some bacon bits and bread crumbs in there. hmm). delicious, though salty and probably butter-based of some sort. removed cheese and didn't eat the mashed potatoes. +1 pc of bread from bread bowl.
Dess: 1 chocolate chip walnut cookie - 310 cal

Exercise: none - today was travel day!
