B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, 10 almonds (bringing this was a great idea)
black coffee
S: 1 apple
L: salad @ Tavern - lettuce, snap peas, sunflower seeds, and grilled salmon. tasty, but portion was a little small
S: 1 apple
5 almonds
D: yummy Ethiopian food @ Nile - Injera bread (a lot) with various vegetarian dishes, chicken, and lamb. mmm!
Dess: tea

Exercise: 45 min - 3 mi on treadmill (300 cal?)
