B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, 10 almonds (bringing this was a great idea)
black coffee
1 small banana
3 chocolate-covered espresso beans
L: spring greens, deep fried portabello mushroom, 1/2 veggie burger (removed 1 bun)
S: 1 apple
D: quite sad, actually :(
went to Italian b/c that’s the only thing good closeby. unfortunately, my pasta dish wasn’t as it was described - only 2 pcs of veal and some pretty flavorless spaghetti. a pitiful sprinkling of mushrooms. a bunch of empty empty carbs. and it wasn’t even that good….
maybe the only redeeming factor was that the portion was quite small.
Dess: 1 apple (was still left hungry and craving veggies after dinner. this has never happened before at home!)

Exercise: 2.75 mi treadmill (275 cal) + abs
