1 heaping portion of carrot banana bread (I made it for the residents, tried it first. unfortunately did not make it sweet enough)

D: eggplant/tomato/carrot/red cabbage/tofu w/ chili garlic
2 AM - spaghetti and meatballs from the lounge. ahhh!!!!!

was a terrible muncher today :(. it’s okay!

Exercise: none! was in hospital 6 am - 7 pm, long OR case! the Burn OR was set >80 F, kept me sweaty enough, haha.

D: Grilled Cheese Night @ Frances and Bennett’s new apt! Lovely time with friends. I brought mushrooms for the sandwiches, and cantaloupe. It was nice to catch up with everyone. I love that we made almost everything from scratch!
Unfortunately, gorged big time - 2 sandwiches w/ cheese, eggplant, onion, mushroom, pepper, and many add’l bites of bread + broccoli/cheese homemade spread
Dess: countless pcs of cantaloupe, and five (FIVE!!) pcs of Frances’ delicious homemade biscotti.

So much good food. Unfortunately lead to a lot of bloating and loose stools today…
