B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, 10 almonds
L: spring greens, beet, avocado, kabocha, cucumber salad
1 nectarine (tiny)
S: 1 fuji apple
1/2 hami melon
D: steamed tilapia filet, tomato/onion/eggplant/edamame/celery stirfry w/ korean pepper (tried to use fresh spice instead of a sauce. tasted pretty good!)
Dess: 1 frozen banana

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
