B: 1/2 c oatmeal, blueberries, b sugar, almond milk, 10 almonds
L: spring greens, beet, avocado, kabocha, cucumber salad
S: 1 apple
unfortunately, I gorged big time at a goodbye party for the burn fellow :(
1/2 plate pulled chicken, refried beans, salsa, guacamole
2 slices apple pie crumble
1 pc rice krispie
man oh man what a shame….
D: 1 fish filet, broccoli/onion/mushroom/carrot/tofu/shirataki w/ chili garlic
Dess: 1/2 banana

Exercise: 60 min Zumba :)
