B: 1/2 c oatmeal, blueberries, almond milk, b sugar, 10 cashews
S: coffee
L: spring greens, kabocha, nectarine, cucumber, avocado salad
S: 1 yellow nectarine
2 serving grapes
D: tomato/onion/mushroom/eggplant, 1 basa filet
no dessert! so proud
Exercise: 60 min Zumba
