B: 1/2 c oatmeal, blueberries, almond milk, b sugar, 10 cashews
L: spring greens, kabocha, beet, cucumber, avocado salad
S: 1 mango
1/2 cup grapes
5 cashews
1 apple (yay! I missed apples after not buying them last week)
D: chives/bean sprouts/tofu, 1 skinless chicken quarter (using my own oven!)
Dess: tea
3/4 pear


Exercise: 3-4 mi hike in Los Penasquitos Canyon (in Mira Mesa) w/ M, T, and Linh :). It was sunny but lovely!
