B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, almond milk, b sugar, 10 cashews
L: spring greens, kabocha, beet, cucumber, avocado, 1/4 pear salad
1 apple
5 cashews
D: eggplant/tomato/tofu/edamame/mushroom/purple cabbage, 1 chicken quarter (huge and delicious)

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
