B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, almond milk, b sugar, 10 cashews
S: 1 apple
L: spring greens, kabocha, beet, cucumber, avocado salad
5 cashews
D: broccoli/bean sprouts/tofu/onion/carrot, steamed basa filet
Dess: 1 frozen banana
1 pear
3 almond nougat chinese candies :(
tea

Exercise: none! was lazy, just a short walk
