B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, almond milk, b sugar, 10 cashews
S: 1 apple
L: spring greens, kabocha, beet, cucumber, avocado salad
S:1 square lasagna
1 mini cupcake (frosting removed)
Chips and salsa, dried apple
10 cashews
D: cabbage/eggplant/mushroom/tomato/edamame with chili garlic, steamed basa filet
Dess: 1 frozen banana
tea

Exercise: 60 min Zumba

Totally went on a mad rampage in search of free food today :( very ashamed.
