S: a LOT of free trail mix (peanuts, m and ms, cashews, almonds, raisins) - at least 200 calories worth :(
L: spring greens, kabocha, beet, cucumber, avocado salad
S: 1 apple
D: eggplant/tomato/mushroom/carrot/tofu/shirataki, steamed basa filet
Exercise: none! was in hospital 6 am - 7 pm, long OR case! the Burn OR was set >80 F, kept me sweaty enough, haha.
