B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, almond milk, 10 almonds
S: iced americano
L: spring greens, strawberry, beet, avocado, cucumber salad
1 yellow nectarine (tiny!)
D: steamed salmon, eggplant/tomato/onion/tofu/shirataki w/ chili garlic
Dess: 1/3 of honeydew

Exercise: none :/ woke up feeling super bloated the next day...
