B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, almond milk, 10 almonds, 5 cashews
L: spring greens, strawberry, beet, avocado, cucumber salad
S: 1 yellow nectarines (tiny!)
D: steamed chicken breast, onion/celery/squash/tofu/tomato stir fry w/ chili garlic
Dess: 1/2 korean melon
1 frozen banana

Exercise: 30 min post-dinner walk
