B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, b sugar, almond milk, 10 almonds, 5 cashews
L: spring greens, strawberry, avocado, kabocha cucumber salad
S: 1/2 hami melon
1 nectarine
D: steamed chicken breast, tomato/onion/tofu/celery stirfry w/ chili garlic
Dess: frozen yogurt!!! mmm toasted coconut (~250 cal)

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
