B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, 10 cashews
S: 1 white peach
L: delicious home cooked meal
  • korean noodles
  • romaine lettuce hearts
  • hu lu w/ dried shrimp
  • cilantro
  • eggdrop soup
S: 3 chocolate-covered almonds (60 cal)
1 lg fuji apple
5 almonds
peanuts
D: hot pot! soup, chicken (lots of it), tofu, bean noodles, lettuce, spinach, all dipped in peanut sauce
Dess: 2 chic-covered almonds
instant coffee w/ 1% milk

Exercise: 60 min Zumba

Today was MOMENTOUS. After 14 months of waiting, it's BACK TO NORMAL!!!! Best news since step 1. So so relieved.
