B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, blueberries, 5 almonds, 5 cashews
S: some kabocha
black coffee
L: kale, peach, avocado, cucumber, corn, chickpeas
S: boiled snow peas, salad and tomato vegetable medley (someone brought leftovers)
1 pear
corn husk tea (mmm great for cramps)
1 chocolate chip cookie :( ok, this wasn’t acceptable
D: breaded chicken breast w/ tomato sauce (brought back home from ophtho lecture series), eggplant/onion/carrot
- this dinner was smaller portioned to accommodate for the almost 2 lunches
Dess: 1 mango
2 almonds


Exercise: 45 min walk
