B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, blueberries, 5 almonds, 5 cashews
S: 1 pear
pc of matzo bread w/ cream cheese

L: none - no time between cases today!
D: broccoli/mushroom/edamame/corn (less than usual), 1 whiting fish filet
Dess:
  • I think I was hungrier b/c I had no lunch. that or I knew I didn’t have lunch so I let myself have more :/
  • 1/4 mini cantaloupe
  • 1 mango
  • some kabocha
  • tea
  • bite of choc cookie

Exercise: 60 min Zumba <3
