B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, blueberries, 5 almonds, 5 cashews
S: 1 pear
black coffee w/ splash of almond milk
1/2 small cookie
L: kale, peach, corn, avocado, chickpea, cucumber salad
S: saltine crackers
1 mini kit kat (50 cal)
D: 1 side of curried cauliflower - 4 TINY florets (all I ordered was a tiny appetizer b/c there was miscomm on how many restaurants we would visit for happy hour)
Dess: 1 slice chocolate cake - so decadent
5 almonds, 5 cashews

Exercise: none -  punishing myself
