B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, blueberries, 5 almonds, 5 cashews
S: 1 pear
L: kale, peach, corn, avocado, chickpea, cucumber salad + extra beet
S: stressed and went a LITTLE crazy here
  • boiled edamame x 2
  • 1 mango
  • 1 pack peanuts (170 cal)
  • 10 chocolate covered raisins
  • 2 chocolate covered pretzels
D: cauliflower/mushroom/carrot/edamame/corn (less than usual), fish filet
Dess: spoiled myself by purchasing greek yogurt, something that’s been on my ‘do not buy’ list for a long time.
greek yogurt + blueberries + sprinkle of granola. 
better than froyo, absolutely delicious. unfortunately gave me a tummy ache; I think I wasn’t used to so much dairy at once.
