3 spoons greek yogurt + handful blueberries + 2 spoons powdered peanut butter (fat was removed)

D: tomato/onion/eggplant/enoki mushroom/tofu/kale, 1/2 steamed chicken breast
Dess: 1 mango, 1/2 cookie, 1 spoon powdered PB, 1/2 frozen banana
