B: 1/2 c oatmeal, home-made applesauce (~1/3 apple boiled), almond milk, b sugar, 10 cashews
S: coffee
1 med apple
L: spring greens, kabocha, cucumber, avocado, beet, peach salad
S: tea w/ soy milk
1 mini cantaloupe
D: steamed zucchini, carrot, tofu (2/3 of normal amt), 1 giant chicken quarter skinless
Dess: 1 frozen banana

Exercise: 60 min BodyPump - tried weight lifting class with Linh for the first time. Felt really odd b/c I didn’t really sweat (vs all of my cardio classes where I’m drenched), but I understand that strength training is important too.  It didn’t feel like a ‘workout’ vs my cardio, but I give myself leeway for my first class (I didn’t want to increase the weights and have an accident). Cheers to trying new things!
