B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, blueberries, 1 spoon powdered PB, 5 almonds, 5 cashews
S: Zion market taste tests
L: kale, cucumber, 1/2 avocado, corn, chickpea, 1/2 orange, balsamic vinegar
S: 1 golden apple
1 bowl green grapes
D: homemade peanut Thai stirfry - red cabbage/carrot/edamame/shirataki noodles - delicious
Dess: 1/2 golden melon
1 granola bar (200 cal)
5 almonds

Exercise: 60 min U-Jam fitness - it was ok, new workout class, similar to Zumba
