B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, 1/2 banana, blueberries, 5 pistachios, 5 cashews, 2 spoons powdered PB
S: 1/4 golden melon
L: kale, cucumber, 1/2 avocado, chickpea, 1/2 peach, strawberry salad w/ balsamic vinegar
[resisted cookies, whew!]
S: 1 golden apple
kabocha
1/2 white peach
D: eggplant/tomato/red cabbage/edamame/corn/enoki mushroom stirfry, steamed fish filet
Dess: 1/2 white peach
2 spoons powdered PB
tea

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
