B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, 1/2 banana, blueberries, 5 almonds, 5 cashews, 1 spoon powdered PB
S: black coffee
L: kale, cucumber, 1/2 avocado, chickpea, kabocha, strawberry salad w/ balsamic vinegar
S: 1 golden apple
5 almonds
D: eggplant/tomato/onion/tofu/corn/red cabbage stirfry, 1 fish filet
Dess: 1 white peach
tea

Exercise: 40 min Zumba + 1 mi on treadmill (Zumba substitute teacher Alarie was awful)
