B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, 1/2 banana, 5 almonds, 5 cashews, 2 spoons powdered PB, splash of almond milk
S: 4 strawberries
L: kale, avocado, kabocha, 1/2 orange, strawberry, cucumber salad w/ balsamic vinegar
S: 5 mint M&M’s
decaf coffee w/ splash of almond milk
1 white peach
5 cashews
greek yogurt w/ strawberries, blueberries, 1 hand granola
D: broccoli/enoki/red cabbage/corn/tofu/shirataki, pickled radish (the yellow Korean one)
Dess: 1 peach, 1 fig
 toasted coconut frozen yogurt! <3 date with Eulanca
  • 6 oz x 40 = 240 cal

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
