B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, 1/2 banana, 10 almonds, 5 cashews, 2 spoons powdered PB, splash of almond milk
L: spring greens, 1/4 lg avocado, cucumber, yam, bell pepper, orange salad
S: 1 golden apple
2 pita chips
1 white peach
D: eggplant/tomato/enoki/tofu/kale (less than usual), 1/2 chicken breast steamed
Dess: 5 cashews
1/4 honeydew melon
spoon of powdered PB, 5 mint M&Ms


Exercise: 60 min Zumba
