B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, almond milk, b sugar, 10 cashews
leftover steamed veggies from dinner
L: spring greens, kabocha, cucumber, avocado, beet, peach salad
S: 1 green apple
2 servings grapes
D: eggplant/tomato/carrot/pepper/shirataki w/ chili garlic, 1/2 chicken quarter
Dess: kabocha, 2 almond nougats

Exercise: 2.2 mi run
