D: eggplant/tomato/enoki/shirataki noodle stirfry w/ mint (less than normal), 1/2 steamed chicken breast, pickled daikon
Dess: 1/4 honeydew
1 Hershey’s kiss + 1 almond = 1 choc covered almond :)
greek yogurt, pPB, 1 handful granola
Exercise: post-dinner walk. that’s it!
