B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, 1/2 banana, 10 cashews, splash of almond milk
S: iced americano
1 pita chip
L: spring greens, avocado, cucumber, bell pepper, orange salad
S: 1 golden apple
some taste tests
D: eggplant/onion/carrot/tofu/edamame/shirataki noodle w/ mint [ran out of meat]
Dess: 1 white peach
5 cashews
1/4 honeydew
raided the fridge again - 3 choc covered almonds, 1 spoon ice cream, 1 spoon greek yogurt, 1 pita chip…w/e I could get my hands on :(

Exercise: 0.6 mi jog on treadmill, 40 min Zumba (great instructor Dionne but she was a little late)
