B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, blueberries, almond milk, b sugar, 10 cashews
S: 1/2 pumpernickel bagel (120) + jalapeño cream cheese (110 per 1.25 oz) - 175 cal?
L: spring greens, kabocha, cucumber, beet, salad
S: 1 med fuji apple
D: tomato/eggplant/red lettuce/edamame/carrot stirfry
Dess: 1/2 mini watermelon (unfortunately not sweet at all)

Exercise: 2.2 mi run

Weight is starting to creep back up.
