D: cauliflower ‘fried rice’ with corn/onion/edamame, 1/2 steamed chicken breast (thanks mom for buying these)
Dess: 7 choc covered almonds
2 spoons soy ice cream, 2 tbsp powdered PB
1 serving grapes
Exercise: 60 min Zumba
