B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, 8 cashews, 2 almonds, 1/2 banana
S: 2 choc covered almonds
1 pear
kabocha
L: tomato, 1/2 avocado, garbanzo bean salad
1 yellow peach
S: 1 rose cream cheese bun @ Pangea bakery - quite good! not as good as the coconut bread though
1 iced americano
D: broccoli/tofu/mushroom/shirataki stirfry, daikon kimchi
Dess: 4 choc covered almonds

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
