L: salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette, 3’’ grilled veggie sandwich (no cheese yay!)
S: grapes and other fruit [free food from conference]
1 large peanut butter cookie
coffee w/ soy milk
1 yellow nectarine
[got back home at 8, too tired to make dinner]
D: 1/2 of a giant watermelon, kabocha and sweet potato
Dess: granola,6 choc covered almonds
Exercise: none! in hospital 6:30 am to 8 pm
