B: 1/2 c oatmeal, b sugar, 10 cashews
L: conference food - 1/2 plate salad w/ pesto, 1 mini burger (bun, veggie patty, cheese(?)), 6 lg potato chips
S: 1 yellow nectarine
D: chicken soup + chicken breast bones (mmm this was a great idea), tomato/onion/mushroom/eggplant/enoki (less than normal)
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds
2 slices cantaloupe
froyo (toasted coconut, salted caramel pecan) w/ M, L, and T <3

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
