B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 10 cashews
coffee w/ skim milk
L: spring greens, beet, kabocha, orange salad
S: 1 apple
1 see’s candy
D: broccoli/carrot/edamame/shirataki, pickled daikon
Dess: watermelon
6 choc covered almonds, 5 reg almonds
tea

Exercise: 50 min Zumba (got out at 7, home at 7:30, Zumba at 7:40)
