B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 10 cashews
S: 1 M&M cookie
L: spring greens, avocado, beet, orange, yam salad
1 apple
S: 1 rice krispie (90 cal)
grapes
D: 1/2 chicken breast/tomato/onion/eggplant/tofu/celery
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds

Exercise: 30 min walk

I was at work, but happy labor day!
