B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 10 cashews
L: 1 salmon hand roll, udon shrimp
S: a ton of stuff :/
choc covered pretzels, rice pudding
watermelon, korean melon
D: beef noodle soup at Liang’s Kitchen! didn’t eat too much of the noodles b/c the soup kept me pretty full.
6 choc covered almonds
yogurt, PB2, granola
coffee cake

yeah…yesterday I was bad. today is a new day!
