B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 apple, PB2, brown sugar, cinnamon, 10 cashews
tea
L: spring greens, beet, yam, cucumber, avocado salad
S: 1 mini green apple
1 small homemade cookie
D: celery/carrot/lotus root/peanut/tofu! haven’t made this in a while. tasted quite good.
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds
1/2 mini cantaloupe
grapes

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
