B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 10 cashews
S: 1/4 poppyseed muffin
L: spring greens, beet, yam, avocado, orange
1 apple
S: 1 almond joy (90 cal?) chocolate
10 almonds
1/4 honeydew
D: 1/2 chicken breast, broccoli/shirataki/tofu/enoki
Dess: greek yogurt, PB2, granola
6 choc covered almonds

Exercise: 60 min Zumba (unfortunately my fave one wasn’t there. had Cynthia, was pretty disappointed…barely broke a sweat :( )
