B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 10 cashews, PB2
S: black coffee
chai tea ‘latte’ (aka I brought a tea bag and added a little soy milk, haha)
L: spring greens, beet, cucumber, chickpea, kabocha, orange salad
S: 1 sm apple
granola bar (190 cal) - yum yum yum
D: bean sprout/pepper/mushroom/tofu/shirataki (less than nl)
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds
grapes

Exercise: 60 min Zumba (w/ Maribel! too bad she’s out of town next 3 wks :( )
